Master degrees in Education and Social Work. Licensed as a school counselor and school social worker, in Indiana, grades K-12. Also hold a Indiana health professions license in social work. My career goal is to obtain an educational leadership position at the building or corporation level. In addition, I have continued my professional development through courses in School Administration.

Currently employed as a high school guidance counselor. As a member of the school's leadership team, I provide guidance and career counseling, programming, and support services to high school students. I serve as a coordinator of state testing, liasion to community agencies (mental health, probation, university services, etc.) and the local special education cooperative serving students.

Previous experience includes special education consulting where I provided supportive services to teachers, administration, parents and students as a member of their multidisciplinary team related to behavioral and academic programming.  

I love golfing and spending time outdoors. I am a sports fanatic and also enjoy baking desserts and decorating cakes.
